The best way to reach realserp is by email at hello@realserp.com. Whether it is a wrong pixel number, a preview that renders oddly, or an AI crawler we have not listed yet, a short message with the details is exactly what keeps the tools and data honest.
What is most useful to send
- Data corrections. If a figure on a reference page looks wrong, tell us the page and the source you trust more. The pixel budgets, CTR curve and crawler list are living data and are meant to be corrected.
- A missing AI crawler. If you see a user-agent in your logs that is not on the crawler list, send the exact token and where it is documented, and we will verify and add it.
- Tool bugs. The browser you used and what you entered are enough to reproduce most issues, and since nothing you type is stored, we need you to describe it.
Who you are reaching
realserp is built by RayLabs, an independent studio. There is no support queue or ticketing system behind the address, just the people who make the tools, so plain and specific messages get the fastest answer.
